i'm not feeling well these few days, i might know why, but i don't want to think much. Same symptoms, but haish...if i really get it, i'll be depressed over and over again. LOL.

Happy Eid-Adha!

Assalammualaikum...

Alhamdulillah, aku dan encik suami beraya kat Kuching. Mula-mula dulu dia cakap tak jadi balik.
Duduk kat Sibu je sebab nak jimat duit. Aku pun ok je. Teringin jugak nak masak-masak special sikit kat rumah sendiri. Dapat la beraya dengan Nek Bo & Paknek kat Kpg Nangka tu.

Agaknya bila Puan Ztie tau kitorang tak balik Kuching, so depa pun beli tiket kapai terbang. *terasa nak selitkan bahasa utara la pulak* Yelah, kalau balik ramai-ramai kan best...tapi since encik suami cakap tak balik, takpe lah. Ztie pun mintak tolong nak tumpangkan kereta kat tempat parking kitorang, and mintak hantar kat airport. Boleh jek~ kena tunggu cik abang balik kerja then baru hantar.

Kot-kot dalam 2 hari sebelum Jumaat tu, time aku tengah prepare breakfast, encik suami tanya, "Awak tau tak yang Isnin cuti?". Aku jawab dengan muka wondering, "Tau...kenak?" Ada silence gap kat situ...
Dier cakap, "Ok, kita balik Kuching...sebab dulu time raya kita semua balik Kedah...tak sempat nak raya kat Kuching."

Aku seperti biasa OK je...tapi...alamak...kesian kat Ztie...kalau dier tau lebih awal sebelum beli tiket kan better. Apa boleh buat. ^^;;;

On Friday, lepas hantar Ztie and Achie kat airport, kitorang pun terus balik ikut jalan Durin. First time wooo...and sangat jauh daripada jalan Lanang yang pakai tol tu. Agak-agak, bertolak dari airport around 6 pm, sampai kat simpang jalan area Sebangkoi at 8 pm. Belum lagi sampai kat resting area Sebangkoi...tak berani nak pecut-pecut...hujan lebat!

Singgah rest kat simpang Betong...jam dah pukul 9 lebih...Petronas pun dah tutup, so pegi la kat tempat rehat kat belakang. Tak pernah pegi jugak kat sini, sebab selalu pegi Petronas nak tumpang tandas & beli keropok je. And kalau nak makan, just singgah kat simpang Sri Aman. So far, tandas dier lebih okay daripada yang aku expect. Sebab aku sangat tak berkenan dengan tandas awam especially kat simpang Sri Aman tu. And orang yang jaga tandas tu sangat sukakan kucing! i like!!! Masa balik ke Sibu, aku tanya lagi kat abang ni, sapa bagi makan kat kucing-kucing ni? Dier cakap dier yg feed...at least kena 1kilogram nasi + isi ikan.

Sangat ngeri kalau tengok encik suami mengantuk time driving...berhenti a few times sebab nak lelapkan mata...but sampai bila? In the end, aku jugak yang driving even though a bit slow daripada dier bawak sebab aku masih tak biasa driving jauh. Oklah kot...sebab bila jalan jauh, tak guna clutch sangat...rasa cam guna kereta auto je. But seriau sebab lampu-lampu kereta yang menyebabkan aku migraine. Sampai je Serian, kitorang tukar driver lagi...cuz dier dah 'charge' 'bateri' sikit.

At last, kitorang sampai rumah pukul 2 pagi. Lama kan?
Berbanding dengan dulu yang boleh sampai pukul 11 malam je. Haishhh...dah tua ke??
Sedehnyaaa~!!

Cerita malam tadi...

Okay, last night teringin nak makan western food...hah, banyak cantek...tak mungkin dapat sebab husband baru je tukar tayar kereta sebab tayar kena paku. Nak tak nak, dia kena tukar 4 tayar sekaligus sbb nak jimatkan kos lagipun tayar memang dah haus. Lagipun memang bahaya sebab kitorang slalu jalan jauh to Kuching and Sibu. Ok, fine...

So kitorang pegi je kat Bandung last night...teringat kat kes Ztie dulu...Ayam Penyet chicken wing potong 5... tak kuasa aku nak ambik risiko ambik Ayam Penyet. So cik abang order Pecal Lele dan aku order Mi Belacan. 2 mangkuk...wait..2 mangkuk??! Ha'ah...sebab...dulu pernah order...patut la murah RM2.50 je...sikit ya amat! Jadi aku 'adventure' order 2 mangkuk. Pastu nampak pulak bunting ads kedai tu...Mi Belacan dah naik harga jadi RM3.50. Hmm...aku rasa takut plak...kenapa naik harga? Food portion naik jugak ke? Ke memang harga bahan mentah naik?

Apa yang aku takutkan pun menjadik...Portion mi tu memang bertambah...alamak...2 mangkuk plak tu!
Aku asyik jeling Pecal Lele kat sebelah... copet sikit...sedap marinate untuk menggoreng tu. Sayang portion je tak best. Aku jeling lagi... "Bie...awak lapar tak?".

Selamba je dier meratah ikan keli tu sambil geleng kepala...cis...plan tak jadik! Aku nak sorong kat mana 1 mangkuk lagi tu... Kucing merenung muka ku, aku tenung muka dier balik... "Mimiwww~! Kitak pandey makan sontong sik?? Pandey makan mi sik??" Kucing tu pun balas, "Miaaawwww!!".

Hmm...aku gigit sikit sotong tu...bagi kat kucing...dier tengok je. Ok, dier tak reti makan. Hish...so aku cuba makan jugak mi satu mangkuk tu. Aku cubit sikit2 ikan keli husband ku...bagi kat kucing yang bermata bulat tadi. Makan lagi mi...pastu, "Miaaawww!! Miaww!!" Alamak...dier minta lagi...macam mana ni...aku tengok ikan kat sebelah tu dah nak habis...takkan la aku nak curi ikan tu dari husband aku pulak.

Aku tunggu punya tunggu...sambil offer kat dier kalau dier masih lapar sila makan mi belacan aku tu. Boleh la kononnya in exchange nak bagi kucing makan...but husband aku nih sangat berhati batu. Habis semua isi ikan... ;___; Kesiannya si kucing. Aku pun carik-carik la bahagian ikan tu yang masih boleh dimakan...cari tulang-tulang yg rangup...bahagian yg tulang masih macam asal aku tak nak bagi...bahaya kalau kucing makan. Boleh tercekik or lekat kat gigi/rahang. Aku bagi sama rata kat 2 ekor kucing pregnant kat bawah meja aku. Alahai kucing-kucing. Semoga ada orang lain yang bagi makan kat korang jugak...Sorry sangat-sangat sebab aku takde duit nak beli proper food untuk korang.

Balik je dari tempat tu, aku sepatutnya pegi jumpa Asmah, but tiba-tiba sakit perut sangat-sangat!!!
Ooohh Asmahhh!! Sorry!!! Nak tumpang tandas, segan pulak...so terpaksa balik rumah. ^^;;;
Harap-harap dapat jumpa malam ni. Got you some Mary Kay goodies! ;)

p/s: i think i should beli dry-food/biscuits for kucing and standby dalam kereta. both cats & dogs can makan.

Cute Avatar Generators!

Recently there have been lots of 'virus' going around Facebook & Twitter.
Ha! i'm talking about people going with certain same type of display pictures/avatar...and from each day the 'fever' has grown from 1 person to at least 8 person in my Facebook wall.

ANAGO FEVER

The first time i saw the avatars on my Facebook, my reaction was, "WTHeck with those worms??" D:
Yea, i'm kinda scared of small worms...(earthworms are ok). But yea, the avatars are just too cute! Colourful and...different. LOL. So i googled that up, and found out that they're actually Anago which means Garden Eel in Japanese.

Tok la rupa the real Garden Eel...
These are Stripes Garden Eel i think.

Wahhhh!!! GELINYAAAA!!!!!
Scary!!!

And  here is the link to the Anago avatar maker: あなごメーカー1.0  - in Japanese.
My anago avatar:

Got dark under eye like me. LOL.

CAT FEVER

The Cat avatar first craze started somewhere in last year (according to some blogs that i found). Then i noticed that Swing used it as her profile picture in Facebook and as well as in Twitter. Well, that was kinda long time ago. And i thought that her avatar had something to do with Chi's Sweet Home.

Swing's cat avatar

Chi from Chi's Sweet Home
This kitten is @$#$!#$!@$!$@%#^%^%#ly CUTE!!!
Mok gigit kakinyaaaa!!!

 And somehow today i saw some of my other friends also using cat avatars....Haishhh...very curious!
So i Googled it up. :3

So i found the website: ★化け猫アイコンメーカー - Japanese and Catlike icon maker   - English.

Here's my cat avatar:
Nyan?

Anyway, have fun with the avatar generators guys! :D

p/s: mind to show me your cat & anago avatars inside the comment box? :D

Rockin' the 80's at Elizabeth Kiing Beads & Accessories Charity Dinner 2011!

On last 21st October, i have been invited by Cutebun to attend a charity dinner held by Elizabeth Kiing Beads & Accessories at Crown Square. i was veeerrryyyy nervous but excited because the dresscode theme was TGIF and we have to rock the 80's style! XD

Honestly, i wasn't that familiar with the company's name, so i asked around and was shocked that the company was actually the shop that i have been drooling outside the window wanted to go in because of the awesome handmade things and pretty interior, but i got dragged off by my husband. ^^;;
So i guess that it was my lucky opportunity to be able to attend the dinner. ^^ If you are wondering, the shop is located at Ground floor, One Jaya, Jalan Song, Kuching, Sarawak.

Dakara sa! Went to the wardrobe and hunted for anything 80's. i knew i can get something from the wardrobe of my sister's and mine! Teeheehee! *evil giggles* We sisters are fond of everything vintage. Since i got myself a blazer with the huge shoulder pads, made a tulle bow with getah sayur and put it on top of my fedora (damn, i wish i have a bowler hat), put on a lace glove, layers of necklaces, big hoop earrings, grabbed my engineer boots...so Guns'N'Roses-inspired collaborate with Boy George style, here we go!

At the event, there were lots of lovely bling-blings on sale i couldn't take my eyes off of them! Too bad i didn't get to snap a picture or two of them because i got the tendencies of being panic and nervous with lots of people around. -_-

All of the ticket sales went to the Sarawak Autistic Society, Sarawak Mental Health Association, Sarawak Children’s Cancer Society and also to the fire victims of Kpg Sait.

The ambiance.
There were some people that were in the dresscode that i managed to spot;
denim jackets, off-shoulder oversized shirts, and acid-washed jeans.

Our tickets. Complimentary for Bloggers, YAY! XD

Yikes! Flash...

i had my dumb moment by this time...
Spilled the beads out the glass...
*damn malu la wei...*

i got this darling as the door gift! *rabu rabu*

Sherrie aka Cutebun.
i wish i have turn on my phone flash by this time. T_T

Cik Puan Videl. Haha!
My crazy poofy Slash hairstyle dah madot... ;_;
Alamak, my eye make-up cannot be seen.
i guess that's the disadvantages when using old eye shadows.

Met new friends!
Introducing Angel and Eve!

There were lots of interesting fashion show concepts on that night; from the 80's, Evening wear, Leisure wear to the theatrical-LadyGaga-styles... mind you...i LOVE the make-ups on the models (one reminded me of NoorKumalasari, one of the great actress in the 80s.), as well as performances, dances, lucky draw and not forgotten Antique Beads show~!

Woohoo! Groove on baybehhh!!!
The impersonator of Elvis Presley.
There was a 'Cliff Richard' too, but didn't managed to get his picture.

All models pose for the final catwalk.

African Dance!

Kudos to the students from Swinburne University, Kuching!

And we have been amused by the appearance of this little photographer.

Kiut jak rupa tangannya embak DSLR. Was it a D700?

Eve was nominated as the Best Dressed on that night!
Deputy Works Minister Datuk Yong Khoon Seng presented the award to her.
Datuk was cool enough to debut his catwalk too! ^^

p/s: i love the lady presenter's necklace!

Happy girl Eve.
Congratulations!

Smile sampey ke telinga. XD
*Ahem*...obligatory washroom shots.
