Nyawa ku gik ayong-ayong...*goyang goyang*
Yesterday, i was attracted with the TV3 morning show 'Malaysia Hari Ini' or known as MHI's topic which was "K-Pop. Antara hiburan dan ketaksuban. Apa pendapat anda?" (Literally means: "K-Pop. Between entertainment and fanatic. What is your opinion?")
Ha~! i believe that most of the countries have been hit by the Korean pop waves since a few years ago and getting more and more fans till now. i do think that the old K-pop songs did not really affect me at all to go all Ga-ga over them. i do like their ballads though...but still, not really that addicted enough...just an OK for me to listen to them.
i've been a hardcore fan of J-Rock genre (and a few J-Pop songs especially the boyband Arashi *squee!!*) especially those with Angura Kei such as MUCC, Eroguro Kei such as Merry, Oshare Kei such as Alice Nine, and Visual Kei such as Moi dix Mois, just to name a few (if i want to include all, i don't think i can remember all now. lol). Back to those years, i can say that i'm quite addicted over them. Spending money on the magazines at Kinokuniya, memorizing the lyrics, knows every little bit of their background, having fantasies in meeting them, etc...(Stalker much?) i even have my own 'boyfriend' from each of the bands (and 90% of them are guitarists). XD But not that fanatic enough to spent my money for the CDs, shirts, concert tickets, Autograph, etc even though i must say that i'd do so if i got the chance.
But then, back in 5 years ago, my bestfriend-in-J-rock-crime which is Aina a.k.a. Key (from KL) had moved interest to K-pop. i was like, "Eh????????????" o_O Quite shocking because from heavy metal she's now rooting for Pop songs with dancing young all-boys group. Key always used my ordering service to buy J-Rock and gothic fashion stuff, but that time she asked me to help her purchase K-pop merchandise such as Autobiography book, collecting cards of Kpop boy bands, and etc... :P
Then, around 2 years ago...i started to listen to Wondergirls...and got addicted...hahaha!!
And man!! That was fast! Tergugat jiwa rock aku...after that, Big Bang was secured safely in my heart...more and more K-pop groups coming afterwards...2NE1, SNSD, Super Junior, U-KISS, hmm...that's it i think? Cuz not yet reaallllyyyy into some of the music. But what i want to say here is they brought in such a big impact even though only for a little time!
Back in those days, everyone doesn't know what song i was humming to, but nowadays the song had been played in full blast everywhere.
Ahh...okay... *sips imagination coffee*
i even dragged my friends to dance to Wondergirls' Nobody song in my wedding reception. :P
Such a big ambition enough since i NEVER KNEW how to dance. Just for the sake of doing fun once in my whole life in my own big day. :)

Teehee! Even though there were mistakes all over the place (and please excuse my stupid face in the videos), we had fun! Thanks to my bridemaids; Ztie, Shafiq, Anastasia, Huiying, and my two sisters Fyka & Chihiro. XD And zillion thanks to everyone who took the videos and the guests! X3
